Unit has two sets of bunk beds and one regular couch and one fold out couch, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and blender, central heat and ac, bathroom with walk in shower, 50 inch flat screen with direct TV and all movie channels. clean linens and towels provided. grocery store, spirits and dollar store two miles away. we live on a quiet cul-de-sac street I mile off the main road to dauphin island. it's great for walks, jogging or bicycles. 7/11/18 we recently completed a 240 square foot screened in room for our guests downstairs with fans, lights, a swing and lounge, tv, sink, refridge, a gas grill, and a four person table to eat outside if you wish. we call it the man cave. also there is a new outside sitting area with a firepit.

My place is 10 minutes from Downtown Restaurants and entertainment. 5 minutes off I-10. Waterfront views. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Recently renovated with high end appliances and decorated in unique artwork and some antiques. Fenced in back yard, perfect for your dog. There is even a small sand beach area on water. Take A Break 17629 Scenic Highway 98, Point Clear, AL 36532 This home offers: 6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths This truly beautiful Southern home is nestled among huge live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. A short stroll to the front of the property takes you to Mobile Bay where you can sit on the dock and watch gorgeous sunsets and native birds. There is plenty of beautiful sandy beach on both sides of the pier. There is a large seating area at the end of the pier in the pavilion. The home has six (6) bedrooms and six (6) baths. There are two Master Suites located on the main floor. There are also two additional bedrooms on the main floor – each with twin beds. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with twin beds in each. There is also a large open play area for the kids at the top of the stairway. The main floor has a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating. There is a formal dining area with lots of seating. The huge great room has plenty of seating for watching tv, playing games or just enjoying family time. There is a wonderful open porch out front with plenty of rockers and a porch swing to sit and enjoy the quiet. Please note, while you do have access to the beach and pier, there is not a bay view from the home. THIS HOME IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 15th THROUGH MAY 15th.

The studio suite is a one room studio (approximately 280 sq ft) and is equipped with mini kitchen, including useful kitchen aids such as microwave, toaster oven, electric hot water kettle and Keurig coffee maker. The refrigerator is ample in size. A small bar for dining/work is available. Shower is modern with marble seating and a matching water closet that is unique in design. This space has a flat screen television and closet space. There is one queen bed which can sleep two people. The outdoor patio is ample in size with space to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Guests are permitted to use the pier for relaxing and fishing, IF A LIABILITY WAIVER IS SIGNED. Once a reservation is confirmed, the WAIVER will be e-mailed for signing. Guests must observe the the posted pier rules, which include no swimming, jumping or diving in the water. Please note that a vacation rental agreement is required. Other things to note This property is directly on the bay and on the ground floor. When storms are in the area our guest should take the proper precautions for safety.

One of the best views in Fairhope Alabama of our beautiful bay front park and the Mobile Bay. This one bedroom cottage is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, has an European feel and is perfect for a couple or small family.  It is equipped with a queen sized bed, bathroom and small galley kitchen. In the living area there is a sleeper sofa and a pull out futon. Clean and newly remodeled space with wonderful views of Mobile Bay and the park. This cottage has its own private porch with chairs so you can sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. The front porch of The Main house is accessible for guest renting the Bayview Bungalow as well. 

This is the lower portion of the Pelicans House. A private ground floor entrance opens up into a cozy living/dining area. There are two bedrooms (each with queen sized bed) and two bathrooms. The dining area features a high top table with four chairs. There is also a spacious kitchen. There is smaller room off the kitchen that can be used as a reading/sitting area. This room is furnised with ab oversized chair that can also converts to a single foldout bed. You can also access a small patio from the back room. The Pelicans Perch also has full access to a private laundry room that is located between the entrances to both the upstairs and downstairs unit. This unit can be rented separately or as part of the rental of the Pelicans House.

Tucked within the Mangroves is The Blue Mangrove. This unique space can accommodate up to four people with one queen bed and one queen pull out sofa.  There is a kitchen/living area with a dining table with room enough for four. You can relax and enjoy the courtyard underneath the pergola or take a short stroll through the breezeway where you will discover what the locals refer to as Utopia. Soak in the scenery of Mobile Bay while you enjoy the wide walking trails and breathtaking surroundings.

Watching the sunset from The Bay House of Fairhope is a favorite of our guests. The Back Bay Cottage is a private cottage that is perfect for relaxing in an updated cottage. The Osprey's Nest is a hotel style room directly off the porch of The Bay House of Fairhope with breathtaking sunset views through the moss filled oak tree. It’s king sized bed with luxurious linens and breathtaking views make it a favorite within the Bay House. Guests will have access to the shared indoor and exterior common spaces as well as their private space that includes a sitting area, large closet and a full size bathroom with a tub.

This architect-designed, million-dollar home has an incredible view of Mobile Bay. The guest space is the entire middle floor. There is a large family room (270 sq feet) which opens onto a partially covered deck facing the bay. The kitchen (156 sp ft) is equipped with gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, Koerig coffee maker, normal spices, and basic supplies. One bedroom with attached bathroom has a queen bed and overlooks the bay. The second bath room with attached bath has two twin beds. A formal dining room is next to the kitchen. Please note that ALL guests must be 13 years of age or older. Guests are permitted to use the pier for relaxing and fishing, IF A LIABILITY WAIVER IS SIGNED. Once a reservation is confirmed, the WAIVER will be e-mailed for signing. Guests must observe the the posted pier rules, which include no swimming, jumping or diving into the water. Please note that a vacation rental agreement is required. Download a copy in the "house rules/rental agreement" section and read it before booking. Crepe Myrtle is a charming traditional 'old Mobile Bay home'. It is located on Mobile Bay and has been our family retreat for over 30 years. Located 4.5 miles past the Grand Hotel and about 12 minutes from Fairhope, it is close to shopping and restaurants. The approx. 3000 sq.ft fully air-conditioned and heated house includes a large glassed-in porch stretching across the front of the house offering waterfront views with spectacular sunsets. Sit on the outdoor front patio under the old Live Oak trees or take a stroll out on the pier to kayak, swim or crab off the deck. We have 100 feet on the bay with a large manicured front and back yard. Chose from multiple spots within the house for sitting or dining or just getting away from it all. Six flat screen TVs are scattered throughout the house. Cable TV, high speed Internet, wi-fi, and telephone available. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, includes 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, new convection double ovens, new disposal, gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, and many small appliances. Washer and dryer located in laundry room off the kitchen. The three bedrooms have 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 7 twins are located on the sleeping porch. Our CoVid 19 Response We take this virus threat very seriously and have taken steps to do our part in controlling this threat. (1) We have blocked all reservations to May 31st. Beginning June 1 we will accept reservations with a minimum of 3 weeks for the remainder os 2020. (2) There will be a 7 day waiting period between rentals to allow for virus degradation and include our typical cottage cleaning with extra surface decontamination. (3) Your arrival will be a self check-in that is arranged by our property manager. (4) Each renter is asked to collect bed and bath linen and place it next to the washer for cleaning, and wipe down all surfaces (counters, dresser tops, tables, door, and cabinet handles) with warm dish soap water when leaving at the end of your rental. (5) Please collect your trash and place it in the trash can outside. It's about 40 minutes to the resort towns of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The quiet and serene cottage is 4 miles from the famous and historic Grand Hotel with fine dining, tennis courts, and a beautiful golf course. A park with picnic tables and boat launching facilities are a mile down the road. The glass-enclosed sleeping porch provides a scenic view overlooking the sparkling bay and the evening sunset. Fairhope has seasonal annual events, such as Polo at the Point, the festive and formal Black and White Ball held at the Grand Hotel, Mardi Gras parades, and the spring Arts and Crafts Festival. Mobile, Alabama is 45 minutes from Krimmel Kottage and is the birthplace of Mardi Gras. Mardi Gas parades in 2011 are in February.
